After going through run of bad “luck” I have come out on the other side fairly well. I sat down this past Saturday and played the $5.50 (360 Max Players) Sit N Go and took down $100 for fifth place. I got a bit cold decked once we were down to six players but still a nice run nonetheless. I barely got to the final table with 15k and managed to pump it up to 54k and keep myself in contention the rest of the way. The action get pretty hot and heavy once we were down to 6 players.

That’s the way it goes though. No complaints here.

Did well in the $5000 guaranteed tourney too. There were 3019 players and I came in 20th. Very dissappointing after playing for 5 hours and not making that final table. I got cold decked towards the last 30 mins and that proved to be my demise. The larger the tourney the more luck you need and while I certainly got my share I really needed to double up from when I was at my peak of 220k. Once I hit that benchmark my chips just started melting away getting computer hand after computer hand. A nice finish but far short of the ultimate prize of $2300+
