Do you drink at the poker table?
Posted by Curtom | May 21, 2008 | Posted in: Articles |I don’t know about you but I was curious. Do you drink at the poker tables? I know and have played with guys that do. Personally, I tend to stay away from drinking at the table. I figure I want to be in a solid state of mind to make optimum decisions at the tables. Drinking would be the last thing I would want to do in a poker tournament.
On the other hand I have watched players drink and be perfectly fine at the table sans a few really silly comments to the waitresses.
What do you think? Is it smart or not? By drinking I mean liquor.
